Most items are kept in stock and we operate a rolling back order system with our manufacturers to ensure items are be back in stock in the shortest possible time frame. We aim to ship stock orders the next working day and all non-stock orders within 7 to 21 days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties where we unable to dispatch goods within 28 days, the customer will have the option to change the order to an alternative style or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made. 7 Lingerie will usually be able to notify you within 72 hours on the status of your order.

Customer service is important and we are averaging over 95% of orders dispatched the next working day.

Please note that at the checkout it is important to provide a valid email address so that we can email you your order confirmation and also to let you know when your order has been dispatched. We do not keep email addresses on file and we do not send ANY spam email or special offer newsletters to our customers. You are quite safe providing your permanent email address (see our "Privacy" section).
