General Returns Policy (Customers in the European Union)
 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you should return the goods in an unworn condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase (or 7th January for all Christmas orders or 21st February for Valentines Day returns). You will first need to email us with your reason for wishing to return the goods to obtain a returns number. It is helpful to know your reason for making a return so that we can improve our service and our quality of stock. After you have made the return we will then credit your account to the value of the goods, less any deductions; or replace the item, if this is what you have requested.

Please note that all goods are inspected for defects before dispatch and passed for quality control
. Postage costs are not refundable and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot accept returns of briefs and thongs. Hosiery cannot be returned if the packet has been opened. Made to order items cannot be returned unless there is a fault; in which case we would need to return the made to order item to the manufacturer for a credit or to have the item re-made. Special conditions may apply to some lingerie garments and a limited number of sale items. The above does not affect your statutory rights. Our Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law & Courts.

Returns Policy Extra Information (Customers outside the European Union)
 

When returning goods from outside the European Union please make sure the package is clearly marked with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state the above, Seven Lingerie may not be able to accept delivery of the return package.
