If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods in an unworn condition and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons we regret we cannot accept returns of briefs and thongs. Hosiery cannot be returned if the packet has been opened. Made to order items cannot be returned unless there is a fault; in which case we would need to return the made to order item to the manufacturer for a credit or to have the item re-made. Special conditions may apply to a limited number of lingerie garments and sale items.
