Seven Lingerie offer a hassle free returns policy. Due to the
intimate nature of our products, health and safety regulations and
European money laundering regulations, you will find full details of
our returns conditions on this page.
1: Lingerie and nightwear should be returned in it's original packaging and
not having been worn or washed within 14 days of purchase (except
for Christmas or Valentines orders, see our
general returns information for dates). Please also pay
particular attention to perfume damage.
2: In line with health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns of thongs, g-strings, knickers
or hosiery for
hygiene reasons.
3: Postage and packing cannot be refunded. In a small number of
cases, the actual cost of
postage & packing may differ from what you paid.
4: If you are returning lingerie or nightwear for replacement of the exact same
item due to a defect, you will not be charged postage and packing
twice.
All items are checked for defects before posting. If an garment
is found to be defective, please accept our apologies and we will
endeavor to replace it free of charge as quickly as possible.
If we
cannot replace it, you will be offered a refund.
5: If you are returning lingerie or nightwear of the exact same item for a
different size or colour, we do not usually charge postage twice for UK
customers: however, we reserve the right to charge postage and
packing for UK or overseas customers.
Before returning lingerie or nightwear for replacement in a
different size or colour please check the appropriate website
garment page to make sure we have the size or colour in stock that
you want a replacement for in order that we can put it aside in
advance.
6: Made to order items can not be returned
unless there is a manufacturing fault and we will need to return the
lingerie or nightwear to the manufacturer for repair or to have the item re-made.
Customers will not be entitled to a refund.
7: You do not need to enclose an invoice or an order number with
your return. All invoices / order forms are electronically emailed
at the time of the order.
8. All lingerie or nightwear returns
must have a returns number and your surname clearly written on the
front of your return package.
Customers can obtain a returns number by using our
returns form.
9: Trade clearance and retail returns of sale and end of line
garments: Seven Lingerie operate a policy of sales promotions
throughout the year and in general sales promotions up to, but not
including 50% off, can be returned for a replacement or refund in
the usual way. Lingerie and nightwear end of line stock marked down
by 50% or more
or end of line stock marked as a 'trade clearance' or 'job lot'
will not be eligible for returns.
10: Money laundering regulations and administration charges: If you
are returning lingerie or nightwear that was a gift please be aware
that due to the money laundering regulations any refunds will only
be made to the card that was used to make the purchase. Seven
Lingerie use a card processing payment provider for all
transactions; please allow up to 30 days for refunds. All returns
other than for replacement of faulty garments or exchanges for a
different size or colour may be subject to an administration
handling charge of 15% (with a minimum of five pounds sterling) of
the original cost.
11. You are recommended to return your lingerie or nightwear via
registered post. Seven Lingerie cannot be held responsible to
return packages lost in the postal system.
12: Lingerie or nightwear returned damaged,
not in it's original packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn,
washed or smelling or perfume will be sent back to the customer
without replacement or refund.
