Who are 7 Lingerie?
We are a UK based lingerie and nightwear boutique owned by Style Lingerie Ltd who have been successfully trading on the internet since 2004. We are a Limited company which is similar to an Incorporated business in the US. We operate Worldwide and we are one of the most popular lingerie stores on the web with around 600,000 visitors a year.
Is my privacy respected?
Yes, we collect only the information necessary to process your order and let you know the status of your order. We will never pass any information about our customers to anyone else. Furthermore, all lingerie and nightwear is mailed in plain white postal boxes.
Is it safe to provide my personal email address?
Yes, we take pride in being a spam free business and we do not contact our customers about special offers or operate any type of email marketing. Furthermore, we will not pass on your email address to anyone else. You will only receive emails from us about your order.
Are my credit card or debit card details safe?
Yes, we use Lloyds TSB Cardnet and Protx to process our customer card payments. This is completely automated and we are never made aware of customers personal credit card information. Lloyds TSB are a major international bank and Protx are a World leader in secure online payment processing used by thousands on shops on the internet.

Which Countries can I order from?
We are based in the United Kingdom and we ship lingerie and nightwear Worldwide to over 60 Countries.
How do I know if a garment is in stock?
On each product page you will find details of what we have in stock by clicking on the 'size' drop down box. This will give details of sizes for that garment listed as 'in stock' or 'sold out'. This information is updated several times each day and is 99.9% accurate.
How do I know which size to order?
We include a size chart on every garment page. Every lingerie manufacturer's sizes are slightly different so we have a unique size chart for every manufacturer which includes UK, US and European sizes.
When will you ship my order?
Over 95% of orders are shipped by the next working day.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
We will email you the day your order is dispatched to let you know it's on it's way.
When will I receive my order?
All lingerie and nightwear is shipped first class by Royal Mail with 'signed for' delivery. UK customers should expect delivery the next working day after posting, overseas customers should expect delivery within 3 to 7 working days. Overseas shipping is by Air Mail.
What are the shipping charges?
UK postage is £2.85
Europe £6.95 Air Mail (around 9 Euros).
USA and the rest of the World £7.95 Air Mail (around $12).
Can I pay in Euros or US Dollars?
On each product page you will find a link for 'International exchange rates' which will give you a guide to the prices in both Euros and US Dollars. At the checkout you will be billed in Sterling (British Pounds) and your credit card company or bank will apply an appropriate exchange rate to your own currency.
 
What will appear on my credit card or bank statement?
Your credit card statement or bank statement will show payment to 'Style Lingerie Ltd'
My purchase is a gift, can I have it wrapped?
Yes we offer free gift wrapping. Just tick the gift wrapping box at the check out.
Can I return an item?
We offer a hassle free returns policy, please see our returns section for more information.
Can I return an item that was a gift?
Yes of course; however, any refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card that was used for the original purchase.
